O.G. (original gunne)

this sweet and surprisingly simple vintage black label chambray mini skirt made its way to our shop via the kindness of one of our regular customers, whose mom was the original owner. it is in new condition and still has the original paper hang tag. i can't believe mom never wore it!

  1. That's a 1969 Black Label. Thing is, by that time mini skirts were worn for school with knee highs and chunky shoes or were worn by Women in their 30's. By 1967, the maxi had taken over for the younger generation alonf with the midi length. min skirts were everywhere and inexpensive so, there was no need to buy a Gunne Sax. NcClintock soon understood that and switched to maxi's and Gunne Sax began to take off abeginning a fashion empire!
